>>>Working Principle
Adding electrolyte in raw water,the water will be electrolysis in through the diaphragm cell,then at the side of anode will generate acidic aqueous solution which main content is hypochlorite (HCIO) and last we will get EOW(Full name:Electrolyzed oxidizing water/Acidic oxidized electrolyzed water/Acid oxidiation-potential water).
Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) is formed from the cathode in strongly alkaline water.Acid water has function of strong oxidation so the water can kill microorganisms and sterilization.Alkaline water has function of anti - oil and protein and stripping emulsification so that it can remove organic matters.
