Aluminum Hydroxide for Solid Surface, the appearance of white crystalline powder, non-toxic, tasteless, good mobility, low oil absorption, low iron content, particle morphology, particle size distribution. It has low impurity content, good stability, high whiteness, uniform particle size and good dispersibility.The advanced equipment and technology are used to make the shape of the product particles closer to the spherical shape. The flame retardant effect of aluminum hydroxide after activated treatment is more better. (the ATH dosage increases after treatment, for example, the normal dosage of untreated 1 micron size aluminum hydroxide is 30-40%, the dosage can be increased to about 50% after activated treatment).
The normal grade is named activated aluminum hydroxide after silane surface treatment.
activated aluminum hydroxide can improve the combination and processability of aluminum hydroxide and resin, and make it have double functions of flame retardant and filler. Therefore, adding the activated aluminum hydroxide to plastics, rubber and other composite materials can not only make the product have flame retardant, smoke suppression and self extinguishing effect, but also enhance the anti leakage, arc resistance and wear resistance.

For Artificial Marble and Acrylic Solid Surface:
